INVITATION TO BID FOR FENCE WORKS AT SHIRE CITY

1. We hereby invite bid for Fence Works at shire city who fulfill following requirements:

a) GC- 6 and above (GC 1-6)/BC- 6 and above (BC 1-6) or Appropriate business license issued by the authorized authority renewed for current year

b) VAT registration certificate & Tax Identification Number (TIN No.)

c) Tax Clearance Certificate

d) Experience in at least one similar works.

2. An interested eligible bidder can obtain the Bid document from below address during working hours against nonrefundable payment ETB 200 (ETB two hundred):

3. All bids must be signed, stamped, sealed and accompanied by a bid security of ETB 25,000.00 (Birr Twenty Five Thousand) in the form of a CPO only in favor of Hiwet Agricultural Mechanization valid for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening.

4. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the above address.

5. The bids shall be delivered at the above noted address on or before 10:00 AM on June 4/2025-

6. Bidders are instructed to submit technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes.

7. Technical proposal will be opened at 10:30 AM on June 4/2025 in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.

8. Financial Offer will be opened only for those bidders who pass in technical evaluation at 9.00AM on June 08/2025

9. We will not be responsible for any costs/expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with site visits, preparation, and delivery of bids.

10. We reserve the right to reject any or all parts of the bid without assigning any reason/s thereof.
