2. Bidder must submit valid trade license renewed for 2007 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT registered certificate
3.  All Bids must be submitted their bid document in two copies in wax – sealed and stamped envelopes on or before the closing date which is December 09, 2015 5:00 PM and would be addressed and marked as follows

2. Bids will be opened on December 10 ,2015 G.C at 3:00 PM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend at Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head Office(mekelle)
3. Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee of Birr 2% of the total price in the form of CPO
4. All bids that come after Closing date of the tender will be immediately rejected
