(a) appropriate trade licenses renewed for the current year

(b) Tax Identification Number (TIN No.)

(c) Experience on similar Works

1 Bid document can be obtained by the interested bidders during Working hours against payment of nonrefundable BIRR 500 for each bid from below address;

3 All bids must be wax-sealed and accompanied by bid security of BIRR 20,000.00 in the form of a certified cheque/CPO/bank guarantee, in favour of SUR Construction PLC valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and shall be delivered at the above noted address on or before 10 AM on November 02, 2019. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend on the same day 10:30 AM.

4 We will not be responsible for any costs/expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with site visits, preparation and delivery of bids.

5 We reserve the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons thereof.
