Save the children International Tigray Filed Office /SCI-MAO/ invites all eligible suppliers to bid for the Construction of School Dry latrine blocks in Raya AzeboWoreda ,  Eulaga, Hadush Kigni  &  Karsole primary school

1. Bidders who have renewed license of 2007E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, contract Template and specification for the aforementioned activities from SCI-MAO/ Mekelle Area office,  Mekelle at working hours.
2. Bidders With  building construction works certificate from Federal Ministry Construction & Urban Development or Regional Road , Transport & Construction office with building Construction (BC) license of Grade 9 (nine) and above that  have an experiences of constructing at least three the same or similar structure may obtained the tender document
3. An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope Mekelle not later than November 16 /2015, 8:30 A.M.
4. 4 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle Area office at working hours  against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 birr fee .
5. All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee for 2% (two percent) of the bid amount. Cash and insurance guarantee are not accepted. 
6. Bids will be opened on November 16, 2015, 9:00 A.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-MAO/ Mekelle Area Office/ Mekelle.     
7. SCI-MAO Mekelle Area Office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
