Interested bidders with license in this field and renewed their license under year 2013 may obtain bid documents against payment of non-refundable bid 30.00 during office hours in REST head office, Mekelle (office no 13 )
The documents be accompanied with bid bond the amount of two percent (2%) of the offer in the form of CPO
Technical, financial and CPO must be submitted separately with separate envelop
Bids should be submitted to REST head office, Mekelle in sealed envelope before on Dec, 03/12/2013 G.C at 11:00 AM
Bids will open on Dec, 03/12/2013 GC at 3:00 PM with the presence of bidders or their representative who prefer toattend.
