INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY

Action to consultant:        Evaluation of ESP@ project

The women’s Association of Tigray (WAT) has been working for the last two years with ESAP2 project in five woredas  of Tigray to improved public service delivery  using social accountability tools. As the project is phasing out. The Association wanted to conduct final evaluation of the project by external consultant. This is therefore , to  call for any  interested consultant fulfilling the following criteria

• Legally registered established consultancy firm
• Renewed license (2007 EC)  with TIN number
• 3 Years relevant work experience , organizational recommendation and any other requirement as per the terms of  reference (TOR)
• Can buy the tender document or TOR from WAT Mekelle  head office Finance  and administration  department upon payment of non –returnable 20.00 birr

The bidding will remain open as of August 14-20, 2015

The bidding will be closed on August 20, 2015 at 3:15 PM

The bidding document will be opened on August 20, 2015 at 3:30 PM in the WAT meeting  hall

The Association has the right to fully or partially reject the bidding.
