1. Bidder must submit valid trade license renewed for 2008/2009 Ethiopian calendar and VAT registered certificate.

2. All Bids must be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before December 28, 2016 5:00 PM and would be addressed and marked as follows.

3. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately to Messebo head office in Mekelle.

4. Bids will be closed on 28/12/2016 5:00 PM during office hours and will be opened on 29/12/ 2016at 3:00 PM(European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose toattend at the above mentioned office.

5. Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee.

6. All bids that come after opening date of the tender will be rejected immediately.

7. Messebo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid completely or partially.
