5.Bids will be opened on the 21st day of the first announcement of this invitation for bid on the Ethiopian Reporter at 11:00 am in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend. However, if the 21st day is either Sunday or holyday the bid will be opened on the following work

day at 11:00 AM.

6.Tigray Biotechnology Center PLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids
