INVITATION TO BID

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC-CNE-AO-NAW-BO) strengthening dialogue and reconciliation in conflict affected areas project code A-ETH-2024-0329) is issuing this Bid for the procurements of essential medical items for strengthening dialogue and reconciliation in conflict affected areas, Tigray and Amhara Regional States

The Commission (EECMY-DASSC) invites capable, reliable, reputable, and licensed bidders to the Bid in line with the following conditions and specifications:-

1. All interested and eligible bidders can obtain further information's from EECMY-DASSC- BO at the address given below during office working hours within the indicated dates.

2. Details requirements are provided in the attached bid document which should be signed, stamped, and retimed as part of the bid requirement together with the bidder's price.

3. All interested bidders are requested to deliver WAX SEALED BID DOCUMENT in separated envelop one original document and one copy document in person to EECMY-DASSC-BO- Tigray Mekelle, (located near Tigray police commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary school) with in Ten (7) consecutive days from the announcement of this bid.

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by Birr fifteen Thousand (15,000.00) birr in the form of Cashiers, payments order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC-BO and issued by eligible Ethiopian Bank.

5. Bidders must attach valid Trade Business license, suppliers Registration certificate, Taxpayer certificate, VAT registration, tax clearance supported by eligible licensed auditors, certificate of competence, related legal documents and good performance evidence and past work experience in related field.

6. Bidders can take the bid documents by paying 500.00 ETB (Five hundred birr only) from EECMY - DASSC-BO- Mekelle (located near Tigray police commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary school)

7. BID documents must be submitted in English (clearly labeled with company name, address and legal stamp)

8. Bids shall be closed on Wednesday December 03/2025 at 4:00 PM in the afternoon and will be opened after half hours at 4:30 PM on Wednesday 03/2025 at the EECMY-DASSC-BO- Mekelle (located near Tigray police commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary school) in the presence of bidders or duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.

9. Submission of Bid after the dead line will not considered and accepted.

10. Electronic Bids are not allowed.

11. The winning bidder will announce officially after summing up all total price (Arithmetic check)

12. The winner should supply the items in accordance with the requirement or specification of the BID, i.c. in quantity, quality and time. But if the winner supplier fails to deliver the items in accordance with the requirements, our organization is not bound by this BID.

13. Winner suppliers must be Material delivered within maximum of 5 days after having agreement.

14. Term of Payment

No advance payment before material supplied.

✔The total payment will pay after the winner supplier supplies the material based on the specifications and standards to our organization.

15. General Condition

Our organization reserves the right to accept, rejects of modify bids without explanation. ✔Partial bids may be considered if advantageous to the project.
