Notice:
1. ከአንድ ዓመት በፊት ምንም ዓይነት የዋጋ ማሻሻያ አይደረግም፡፡
2. አሸናፊ ተጫራች ውልአስሮ ወደ ስራ ከገባ ብኋላ ካሰረበት ዋጋ በላይ ሲሸጥ ቢገኝ በቀጥታ የሚታገድ ይሆናል፡፡
3. አማካይ የገበያ ዋጋ አንፃር ሲታይ እጅግ ዝቅተኛ/የተሰበረ ዋጋ በቀጥታ ከጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡
4. ወርሓዊ የቦታ ኪራይ ብር 3000.00/ ሶስት ሺ/ ብር ነው፡፡
5. የስራ ውሉ ለሁለት ዓመት ብቻ የሚያገለግል ይሆናል፡፡
6. ኣሸናፊ የሚለየው በኣንስተኛ ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ይሆናል፡፡
7. የውሃና የመብራት እንዲሁም የመገልገያ ዕቃዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲ የመሸፈን ይሆናል፡፡
8. አንድ እቃ ወይም አገልግሎት ዋጋ ካልተሞላ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡
9. The university has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
10. The bidder should summit Hard copy of the original CPO/its equivalents in person to the University before bid opening.
