Yiha Real Estate Plc. has allocated funds for the procurement of works for Supply and fixing of Borehole Submersible Pump for Water Well Drilled at Yiha City Center No. 2 Building Located in Mekelle and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supplying and fixing of Borehole Submersible Pump for Water Well Drilled at Yiha City Center No. 2 Building Located in Mekelle.
Detailed Specification and BOQ format are attached to the Bid document.
Please note that this is a TWO ENVELOPE bidding process. The FINANCIAL and TECHNICAL offers must be delivered in TWO SEPARATE Sealed and signed inner envelopes and one big outer sealed and signed envelope.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below.
The Bidder shall furnish as part of its Bid, a bid security in original form an amount of 50,000.00 Ethiopian Birr (Fifty Thousand Ethiopian Birr).
Bids MUST be submitted in the format indicated under section IV accompanied by:
0 The Bid (in the format indicated in Section IV); and qualification criteria under section VI;
0 Renewed Registration documents for this fiscal Year
0 Power of Attorney, signature and sealing
0 Contractors must possess a valid and up-to-date Grade-1 trade and competence
0 certificate in water works to qualify for the project.
0 Contractor Must finish the project with in 30 calendar days
0 A valid and up to date tax certificate
0 Priced Bill of Quantities
0 Detailed technical proposal

- References (Experience of firm detailing both on going and past projects)
- Equipment
- Construction schedule and work methods
- Key Personnel information
The deadline for bid submission will be 8" September 2025 G.C at 4.00am LT. TECHNICAL BIDS will be opened on the same day that is 8th September, 2025 G.C at 4.30am LT, in the presence of bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
Bidders shall pay a non-returnable fee of 1000 Birr for the bid document at the address provided below.
