3	30 Billboard painting and text writing (ኣብ 30 ቢቦርድ ምስኣልን ፅሑፍ ምፅሓፍን)	RaDO has 30 billboards with 3 width and 3 m height. text writing painting of explosive ordnance with different colors and writing key messages in Tigrigna. Please take the key messages and pictures from RaDO. The painting will be done in Mekelle RaDO office. The organization will use own inks and brush to paint and write the key messages in each billboard. Set price for single billboard and multiply by thirty billboards.	Bill board	30

Bid Requirements

RaDO (hereafter referred to as "the Organization) now invites waxed-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the bid described above. The work will be done in 30 schools based on the availability of budget

1. The bidder organization should attach its VAT registration, License, and TIN Number registration certificate.

2. Bidders should submit their offer with sealed, signed envelope marked 'EORE wall mural" RaDO Tigray Sub Office -Mekelle

3. The dates for submission of tender documents are on the 3 working Day from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).

4. The bidder organizations or Applicant individuals must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each.

5. Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 P.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO Tigray Sub Office
