CALL FOR PROPOSALS

10-Year Strategic Plan Development

WAHS House Saving and Construction S.C., a share company based in Tigray, Ethiopia, invites qualified and eligible firms to submit proposals for the development of a 10-Year Strategic Plan (2025-2035).

➡ Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid business license and tax documents

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning

• Proven track record working with companies (proven experience)

• Strong team with expertise in strategy, finance, and construction

➡ Proposal Must Include:

• Technical and financial proposals (submitted separately)

• Methodology, team CVs, and relevant past work

➡ Evaluation Criteria:

• Relevant experience

• Methodology

• Team qualifications

• Sector knowledge

• Financial value

➡ Proposal Submission Window:

• This call for proposals will remain open from the date of issuance, June 9, 2025 G.C, until June 20, 2025 G.C.

➡Submission Method:

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, in person, to the address below.
