For the supply and Delivery of improved Crop seeds
HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Charity in Ethiopia (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Education, Emergency Response, recovery program and working geographically in Tigray, Amhara, SNNP and Oromia regions in Ethiopia.
HELVETAS in collaboration with the Swiss Solidarity and the Regional Government of Tigray, Agricultural office is implementing a project entitled Recovery Program in Abrgelie Yechila, Samre and Sehrti (REPASS)" in Samre, Seharti and Abrgelie Yechila Woredas of South East and Cenral Zone of Tigray National Regional State. This bid is floated to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of improved crop seeds to be used in the implementation of the project referred hereunder.

HELVETAS invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their bids as follows:
1. Should have legal certificate as agriculture input supplier given from Federal and Tigray Region Agricultural Bureau (በፌደራል ወይም በክልሉ ግብርና ቢሮ ህጋዊ የግብርና ግብአት አቅርቦት ፈቃድ ያለው መሆን አለበት)
2. The bider should attache copy of tax clearance files.
3. Bid document entitled "Bid Document for the Supply and Delivery of improved crop seeds" can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation office by paying non-refundable Birr 200 (two hudnred).
4. The bid stay for seven conscutiv working days (May 07 to May 15, 2025)

6. The improved crop seed should be deliver at Samre, Seharti and Abrgelie Yechila project woredas area which is 58 km, 60 km and 120 Km far from Mekelle respectively, as shown in the above table.

7. Bids will be opened on 15th May 2025 3:30 PM in the sence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
