Invitation for Bids (IFB)

Website Design, Development, and Hosting

1. The Women's Association of Tigray (WAT) invites qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for the design, development, and hosting of a dynamic and fully functional website. The website will serve as a comprehensive platform for showcasing our

organization's activities, services, and updates.

2. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents by depositing a non-refundable payment amount of ETB 100.00 (hundred Birr) from WAT Procurement Division, second floor; which located around Kebele 15.

3. Bidders shall present a copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2017 E.C., registration certificate, tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents.

4. All tenders must be submitted to the Women's Association of Tigray along with bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelopes. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.

5. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER and also ORIGINAL TECHNICAL OFFER document should be stamped on every page. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be wax sealed, stamped in and signed outer envelope, addressed to the Women's Association of Tigray whose address is mentioned below.

6. Bid will be closed on December 25, 2024, at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at the WAT Conference Room.

7. Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.

8. Failure to comply with the conditions from No.2 to 7 above may result in an automatic rejection.

9. The Women's Association of Tigray reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
