VIS volontariatio International Per Lo Sviluppo intends to award supply contract for consumable materials for TVET College in the Tigray Region ,  Ethiopa with financial assistance from the EU –TF project & Stablity and Socio – Economics Development for Vulnerable and marginalized Communities  in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia

This procurement procdures concerns the supply of consumable materials for TVET colleges divide into 7(seven) Lots                                                                        ---------------------------------------------------------

• · LOT 3.  Solar
• · LOT 4.  Textile
• · LOT 5.  Electicity  
• ·  LOT 6.  Auto engine
• · LOT 7.  Agro –processing  

Each lot will be the subject of a separate contract, and the quantities indicated for each lot are indivisible.  Tenderers must submit a tender for the total quantities indicated for each lot. The contracting authority shall provide additional information on the tender procdure by e-mail

1. a. a signed Bid Form, Signed Decleration of Honor , Policy against the use of Child Labour and Exploitation or self –decleration
2. b. Technical offer in separate envelop one orginal and one copy
3. c. Financial offer in separate envelop one orginal and one copy
4. d. Other documentation ( Registration /Trade Certificate or Trade License (Legal Status ), TIN Certificate , Tax Clerance /VAT certificate , evidence of VAT Settlement for previous period, ID of the owner of the company, proof of having perforemed similar works in the previous 3 year
5. e. Bid bond /Security /CPO/ (bank guarantee) with a value of ETB 50,000 –Compulsory

Bidss will be closed at 5:00 P.M on the 20^th of March 2024. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders .  The opening  will be on the 25th of march 2024 in VIS Address :   at Nur Building  ,1st floor  In front of Tigray Region Superme Court, Tigray , Ethiopia at 2:30 pm in the presence  of bidders or  bidders representative who choose to attend , at the address above
