External Auditor for Abraham's Oasis

Abraham's Oasis is registered as an Ethiopian Resident Charity with the Tigray Justice Bureau, Authentication and Registration Directorate (Registration No. 53/2015) and is looking for a qualified Audit Firm that will audit the annual accounts of our organization for the budget year of 2023.

Terms of Reference for Auditor

• The selected auditor should be ACCA licensed and approved by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia and is listed in the Federal Audit of The Ethiopian Herald as a duly recognized auditor and qualified by a recognized institution in Ethiopia.
• Conducts financial audit on all Abraham's Oasis programs and facilities, Total number of Box File twenty three (23) our annual income is 55,093,624.83 birr (Fifty five million ninety three thousand six hundred twenty four birr 83/100) and annual expense is 60,906,896.49 birr (Sixty million nine hundred six thousand eight hundred ninety six birr 49/100)
• Our financial software is Quick Books accounting software
• The auditor will audit the accounts of the organization for consecutive 3 years.
• Will travel to Shire-Endaselasie for the Audit
• Speaks, reads and writes Tigrigna, Amharic and English fluently for ease of review of relevant materials in the said languages
• Submit management letter for internal improvement relating to financial maters
• Submit two hard copy and one soft copy of the Audit Report
