INVITATION   TO  BID
Contract Name :  underground water investigation and water well drilling completion in all respects including supply and installation of submersible pump and generator under  Design and Build works of Fiyel weha  Abi Adi  Road project ; Contract 2:  Tekeze River Abi Adi (Km34+980 Abi Adi)
1 we hereby invite bids for the execution and completion of the cited contract for eligible bidders who have:
(a)  Appropriate trade license renewed for current year
(b) VAT registration certificate 
(c) Tax Payer registration certificate
(d) Experience on similar works
2 Bid document can be obtained starting first day of announcement by an interested eligible bidders during working hours against payment of non refundable BIRR 200 from below address

3  Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the above address.
4  All bids must be  wax-sealed  and accompanied by bid security of BIRR  50,000 in the form of a certified cheque /CPO/bank guarantee in favor of SUR  Construction  PLC valid for a period of 30 day  after  bid opening and shall be delivered at the above noted address on or before 2 PM on the 30th days of the first announcement. Bids will be opened in the presence of those bidders or their legal representative on the same day 3PM.
5  We will not be responsible for  any costs/expense  incurred by the bidders in connection with sites visits , preparation and delivery of bids
6 we reserve the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason / thereof.
(a) Bidders are instructed to fill , sign and sealed all forms of the bid price
(b) All bids must include VAT on the summary of the bid price 
7 Bidders are instructed to submit technical and financial proposals in one envelope
