1. 1. The bidders should have a valid renewed license for 2012EC, renewed Federal registration of MoWUD for 2012EC, VAT registration, and vat declaration for the month of June.
2. 2. Bid documents can be purchased from the university with a non-refundable fee of Birr 300(Three Hundred Birr only).

4. 4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by security specified in the above table which shall be delivered to Adigrat University.

The closing time for submission of the bid will be at the end of 3:30 local time of the 15th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day. at 4:00 local time.
