- 1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document (s) at the address given below from 08:30am to 05:00 pm [02:30 - 11:00 Local time) of official working days, or during office hours from the date of announcement.
- 2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00
- 3. Bid must be delivered to .Agricultural and Natural Resource Bureau, on 06/02/2020 before 3:00 PM after 15 days from the date of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald Late bids will be rejected
- 4. Bid Opening Will Be February, 06,2020 will be open at 3:30 pm (afternoon)
- 5. The bid resit be accompanied a bid security of not less than 1% of the total bid price
- 6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below after 15 days from the date of announcement. On 3:30 pm
- 7. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee from reputable Bank
- 8. Bid Validity period shall be: 90 days
- 9. The bureau reserves rights to reject any or all bids.
- 10. Bidders Documentary requirements include: Renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration; and Certificate of Competence
