The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC-NAW) invites reputable, legally licensed and experienced poultry suppliers, breeders, poultry farms, wholesalers, and related businesses to submit sealed bids for the following procurement:

Procurement: Supply and Delivery of 60-Day-Old Improved Sasso Chickens

Breed: Improved Sasso - Dual Purpose

Quantity: 500 chickens

Age: 60 days old

Delivery Location: Abergele - Wereda; specific place - Nira'q

Delivery Period: Maximum 10 days after signing the agreement/purchase order

Bid Bond: ETB 15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand birr only)

Bid Validity: 30 days

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Interested bidders must submit valid copies of the required documents, including:

• Valid business/trade license

• VAT registration certificate

• Current supplier registration certificate

• Valid tax clearance certificate

• Evidence of good performance

• Previous experience in poultry/chicken supply or related agricultural inputs

• Relevant poultry, veterinary, or quality certification, where applicable

• Technical and financial proposals original and copies in separate envelop

Bid bond: ETB 15,000.00 CPO issued by an eligible Ethiopian bank and payable to EECMY- DASSC-NAW, submitted in a separate sealed envelope.

Bidding documents can be obtained from the EECMY-DASSC-NAW office during working hours upon written application and payment of a non-refundable ETB 500.00 fee.
