New Millennium Women Empowerment Organization (NMWEO) is an indigenous, non- governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization working on development, women cmpowerment, Gende Equality, humanitarian responses, sexual reproductive health education, economic empowerment and Environmental protection interventions in the last over Sixteen years. NMWEO has been re-registered by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Societies Organization (ACSO) in accordance with Organizations for Civil societies Agency Proclamation No.113/2019 obtained certification with a registration No. 0539

NMWEO would like to invite certified suppliers/Companies who can supply live animals (Shoat and poultry) and their feeds which meet the criteria below. You are therefore requested to forward a pro forma invoice along with your terms and conditions of supply and payment for items.

Eligibility and Requirement

Bidders must have renewed trade license for 2018 E.C(2026 G.C) and Copy of Tax identification Number (Tin) and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate

Your quotation must be duly stamped of the supplier

Cost mention in your proforma invoice should including 15% VAT

Provision-All the live animals and feeds should be according to a proforma invoice and standard range of the animals agreed to all NMWEO RAYEE-II Woredas in Tigray cluster.

All necessary documents and supplier experiences must be fulfilled.

The bid document should be sealed Stamped.

Bids will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, experience, grade and recommendation letters from NGOs experiences.

Closing date of the bid will be date August 17, 2026, 10:30 AM and all received envelops will be opened on the same date on August 17, 2026, 2:00 PM.

CPO 5% of the total value of the bid must be submitted with a sealed envelope. Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered.

Potential suppliers/companies fulfilling the above criteria and standard are invited to submit proforma invoice with full standard instruction from August 12, 2026 to August 17, 2026, Morning 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and Afternoon 1:30 PM-5:00 PM to NMWEO field office in Mekelle.

: FINALL DELIVERY OF THE REQUESTED ITEMS WILL BE AT NMWEO RAYEE -II targeted woredas (Raya Azebo, Endamekoni, Alaje, Hintalo, Enderta, Semien sub city, Kilite awlaelo, Gantafeshum, Adwa and Tahitay Maichew).

: Input source for sheep and goat supply will be allowed only from the woreda market centers
