The organization is positioned as a "Feminist Intersectional Organization" with the vision of a gender just Ethiopia. The organization has been working hard to achieve its mission. of "empowering women and men for gender transformation and sustainable livelihoods" in order to contribute to its vision.

I. Description

Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action), with funding from FARMAMUNDI, is implementing the project "Humanitarian Strategy in Conflict Contexts in Tigray and Amhara: Health, Rights, and Resilience to SGBV with Gender and Triple Nexus Approach.". WE- Action invites bids from interested eligible qualified bidders (medicines, laboratory reagents, medical supplies and medical equipment's) who fulfil the following criteria.

1. Bidders must be accompanied by renewed business licence and registration, TIN, VAT & Competency certificate and those must be submitted together with the technical bid document.

2. All bids must have accompanied by a bid security of birr 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) in form of CPO or Bid bond.

3. The item, UOM and price of each item must be submitted per each lot.

4. The types and list of items are mentioned on the Bid document.

5. Interested bidders shall collect the Bid Document in person from the address of our Head Office WE-Action; around 24 Megenagna in front of Bright Paint Factory PLC from 03/07/2026 to 16/07/2026 during working hour (08:30 AM-12:00 PM and 13:30 PM-17:00 PM).

6. The bid must be submitted before or on 16/07/2026 the closing date may result in the tender being void. at 17:00 PM, failure to meet

7. Women Empowerment- Action (WE-Action) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
