MCMDO is a nonprofit humanitarian organization committed to transparency and has zero tolerance for fraud, bribery, and corruption. Eligibility and Bid Requirements

Eligible bidders must meet all legal and technical requirements and submit complete technical and financial proposals as specified in the tender document. In addition, bidders must have more than three (3) years of relevant experience in solar installation, with a minimum of 3-5 solar installation works/projects completed. The bidder's evaluation will be based on Technical (50%) and Financial (50%) ranking scores.

• Local Registration: Suppliers must be locally registered with a valid Certificate of Competency issued by the appropriate authority.
• Trade License: Suppliers should have a renewed Trade License for the current year.
• Tax Documentation: VAT registration certificate fax payer Identification Number (TIN). and Current tax clearance certificate indicating eligibility to participate in public tenders.
• Bid Security: Bidders shall provide bid security in the form of a Cash Payment Order (CPO) amounting to 2% of their bid offer, made out in the name of Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO). The bid security must remain valid for a minimum of one month from the bid submission deadline

Bid Closing and Opening
