1 Eligible potential bidders were invited through invitation letter posted in Feb,08/2019 with bid closing time of Feb,22/02/2019. But due to practical reasons SNV the Netherlands Development Organization Tigray office wants to rebid for the second time.

2 Therefore those contractors, took the bid document in the previous bid are short listed and are invited to take the bid document with a revised BOQ from SNV, the Netherlands Development Organization Tigray satellite office located in front of Tigray supreme court and submit their offer before 08,Mar/2019. Bid will be closed in the date of 08, Mar/2019 at 2:30 PM, and will be opened in the same date at 3:00 PM in front of the bidder and/or their representatives.
