Adigrat University now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary material, labor and equipment for the construction and completion of the above works listed on the table above at Adigrat University Mitsae Werki Campus in Adigrat Town, Eastern Tigray Region.

1. The bidder has to present valid license /Trade and construction!, Tax Clearance letter and VAT registration certificate and Tin Registration.

2. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals original and copy in a separate envelope. A contractor will be selected according to the procedures described in the bidding document.

3. A complete set of bid document may be purchased by any interest eligible bidder at: Adigrat University office of the Procurement & property Administration Building Ground Floor, Tel: +251-03 44 45 23 18~ Fax 03 44 45 21 23, Adigrat University (ADU), Adigrat, Ethiopia against a non-refundable fee of birr 600.00 /Six hundred Ethiopian Birr.

4. Any quires can be forwarded to the procuring entity from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:00AM 10 5:00PM

5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of certified cheque or a Bank Guarantee of amou it ETH Birr as listed on the table above. Bids must be delivered to Adigrat University office of the Procurement & property Administration Building Ground Floor, Tel: +251-03 44 45 23 18, Fax 03 44 45 21 23, Adigrat University (ADU), Adigrat, Ethiopia on or before 10:00AM of the 46thday to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender Technical proposal will be opened on the same day, at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the 46th day is not a working day, the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day.

6. The Financial proposal of the bidders who pass the technical qualification criteria shall be opened, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend, on the date to be announced by
the employer,

7. The University will post all detail and necessary information regarding this tender announcement on its website http://www.adu.edu.etFurthermore, the University will post all necessary notices regarding these projects on its website. Therefore, all interested applicants are advised to refer the university website throughout the period of the bid process.

8. Adigrat University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
