1 MIE now invites registered contractors category BC- 4 or GC-4 and more with the following criteria

2 Renewed trade license for 2010 EC, VAT registration certificate and have Tax identification number, renewed contracting work permit license .

3 Tender document can be bought with un-returnable 50 birr form MIE supply Department at any working time from 23/3/2018 2:00 morning local time up to 2/04/2018 8:00 local time.

4 Bid security in the form of CPO Birr 100,000 (hundred thousand Birr only) is required

5 Sub-contractor is Prohibited

6 Price shall include all cost relating to customs duties taxes, fees and levies payable by the bidder

7 The Bidder shall complete the pricing sheet attached in BOQ of the tender document

8 One original and two copy technical and financial document is required

9 Final data of submission of the financial and technical document is 2/04/2018 at 8:00 local time

10 Tender will be opened at MIE compound in 2/04/2018 on the same date at 8:30 local time

11 Delivery period for the project is 75(seventy five) calendar days including mobilization and mobilization after site hand over

12 Bidder are strongly advised to visit the site

13 Any Bidder cannot participate more than one bid at a time .any Bidders shall participate in one bid

14 Every required Material , labour , Machine and tools requires for construction to be provided by the bidders except Cement , Master Rheobuild RMC 80 admixture and Rheofiber Chemical

15 Cement , Master Rheobuild RMC 80 admixture and Rheofiber Chemical shall be provided by MIE

16 No claim whatsoever entertained will be arising Tenderers failure to study the tender documents

18 Failure to comply with above submission procedure may invalidate the tender

19 MIE has the right to cancel the tender any time
