Invitation to Bid for the supply of Stationary

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision's work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society, and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, Livelihood, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite a highly experience supplier of Stationary material company for Long Term Frame Agreement.

Eligible vendors may collect Request for proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation /RFQ/ document from WWE Procurement Unit at the address shown below by presenting credentials during working hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM ), From February 4, 2026, to February 10, 2026.

The bidder shall submit Financial and Technical document the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "Financial" and "Technical" for (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Financial and Technical proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose before 10:00 am (04:00 Local time) on February 10, 2026 and will be opened February 10/2026 @ 10:30 am

The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 50,000ETB in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with the name "World Vision Ethiopia" with in Financial Document

The winning supplier will be required to submit performance Bond 100,000ETB of the contract value during the contract assigning process.

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
