BID INVITATION FOR Vehicle Maintenance and Garage Service

for Afar and Tigray Field Offices

CARE was founded in 1945, (COOPERATIVE FOR ASSISTANCE AND Relief Everywhere) is leading international humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. CARE started working in Ethiopia in 1984 in response to severe drought and famine. The focus of our work is addressing the root causes of poverty and vulnerability through nexus and development programing as well as humanitarian response. This includes programing for improved governance; water and sanitation; food security; women's economic justice; sexual and reproductive health and rights; nutrition; and household and community-level resilience. Our program is implemented across both rural and urban areas. CARE Ethiopia works in multiple sectors including the following priorities: food security; Livelihoods and resilience; nutrition; water; sanitation and hygiene; humanitarian response; sexual and reproductive health and rights; women's economic justice; and dignified work. CARE'S operation spans most of the country: Afar, Amhara, Oromia, SNNP, Sidama, Somali, Tigray, Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, and other regions.

CARE Ethiopia is inviting eligible and competitive bidders with Grade 3 and above certification to provide light vehicle maintenance and garage services for the Tigray and Afar field offices, as well as for vehicles from other offices when available. The service will be provided under a framework agreement with fixed for a period of two years.

A complete set of bidding documents shall be obtained from CARE Ethiopia, Tigray Area office, Mekelle, Adihawsi Traffic light. Near to WFP office from January 22,2026 to January 28,2026.

Bid clothing date be January 28, 2026, at 4:00 pm (10:00 pm local time). Bids after the specified date and time will not be accepted.
