1. The Government of Ethiopia has received financial support from the World Bank for Ethiopian Program for Result for Strengthening Primary Health Care Services. This program is a hybrid and it included IPF subcomponents and Immigration and Citizenship Service (ICS) is among the implementing entities and it is responsible for the implementation and administration of IPF-Sub-component-III-CRVS Digitalization project fund which need considerable efforts to plan, administer, and follow-up. For the effective implementation of the project intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of:

2. Tigray Statistics & Vital Event Registration Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for items in the above table.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" September 2023 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Statistics and Vital Event Registration Agency or Immigration and Citizenship Service Ethiopia Ethiopia Program for Results for Strengthening Primary Health Care Services (EPRSPH) IPF sub component III Project Teumay Reda Mehari 0914727085 or Alemtsehay Adem, 0911487242 alemtsehayics21@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 2:30 am to 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 2:30 am to 11:30 am and 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Local time.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,500 Birr (One thousand five hundred Birr). The method of payment will be by Bank 1000538487663 or in cash to the Tigray Statistics & Vital Events Registration Agency.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10 February 2018 at 4:00 am. Local time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 10th February 2018 at 4:30 am. Local time.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand Birr)
8. Note to all interested bidders: All bidders must carefully read and fully understand the bidding document, including all instructions, notes, and footnotes. Bidders are required to strictly follow all instructions. Failure to provide the required information as stated in the bidding document will result in rejection of the bid.
