1. The government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the One WaSH National Programme (CWA-II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement for Maintenance of Wash Facilities in Education Bureau
2. Tigray Bureau of Water and Energy now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement for Maintenance of Wash Facilities in Education Bureau Completion 90 days and no margin of preference applies.
3. Bidding will be conducted using a Request for Quatation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Projects Financing, dated July 2016. revised November 2017 and August 2018 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Kahsu Hagos Procurement specialist, +251914704663 melhk.kashu@gmail.com Room No 111 new building and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 2:00-6:30 and 8:00-11:30 local time.
5. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 300.00 ETB (Three Hundred Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be paying to the Bureau Casher in person. The document will be sent by in person.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below Tigray Water and Energy Bureau on or before 3:00 Local Time, 14 January 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below Tigray Water and Energy Bureau on 3:15 Local Time, 14 January 2026.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 50,000 ETB (Fifty Thousand Ethiopian Birr) Bid Documents will be purchased from OWNP procurement Section Room No.111 New Building. Starting from 31 December 2025
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
