1. The Tigray Region Interim Administration, Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resources has received Grant fund from the world bank towards the cost of Development Response to Displacement Impact Project Phase Two (DRDIP II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to wards payments under the contract for the Construction of New Farmers Training Centre (FTC) at Woreda Adidaero, Kebelle Adiabagie.

2. The Purchaser now invites sealed quotations from eligible Bidders for the following works:

• Location: Tigray Region, South West zone, Woreda Adi-daero, Kebelle Adi-abagie,

• Scope: Construction of New FTC(Office, DA - RESIDENCE, Latrine & Fence Works)

• Contract Duration: 120 calendar days

3. Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders (contractors) fulfilling and submit a copy of the following requirements:

A). Renewed trade license of 2018 Ethiopian fiscal year.

b). Copies of Vat registration certificate and TIN number

c). Valid Tax clearance before the deadline for the submission of quotation.

d). Renewed Company Registration Certificate

e). Trade license Must be Grade 6 and above (GC & BC)

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect a complete set of bidding documents at Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau, Mekelle; Semien sub city :Procurement section :Ground Floor, Room No. 13, during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 ETB.

6. Quotations must be delivered to the address above no later than 24/04/2018 E.C 3:30 Ethiopian Local Time

7. All quotations must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 220,000 ETB in the form of un conditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office at or before bid closing date at (3:30 Local Time 24/04/2018 E.C), valid for 30 days beyond the quotation validity period.

8. Quotations will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau, Mekelle; Semien sub city :Procurement section

9. Quotations shall be submitted in one sealed envelope; Outer Envelope Original with Inner Envelope 1: Marked "TECHNICAL PART "Inner Envelope2: Marked "FINANCIAL PART" and two Copy documents sealed in the same manner as the original document.

10. Any resulting order shall be subject to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia & World Bank procurement guideline and General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders.

11. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to Bidders.
