4 Bid announcement date 28/02/2018 e.c 04/03/2018 5 Bid closing date 04/03/2018 e.c at 4:00 local local time in the presence of bidders or legal and will be openedat 4:30 resentitives at WAT head located in kebele 15,
6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full
7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
