3 Who can supply quality item
4 Bid announcement date 07/01/2018 e.c -13/01/2018 e.c
5 Bid closing date 13/01/2018 e.c at 4:00 local time and will be openedat 4:30 office local time in the presence of bidders or legal representitives at WAT head located in kebele 15,
6 The WAT have the right to cancel the bid partially or in full
7 Bidders are required to be VAT registered
