Imagine 1day is a non-religious, non-profit international NGO founded in Vancouver, Canada, in 2007 and operating in Ethiopia since November of the same year, Registered under license number 0885, the organization implements programs in education, agriculture, WASH, Livelihoods, and emergency Response across Tigray, Oromia, SNNP. Amhara, and Benishangul Gumuz regions. Since the onset of the crisis in Tigray, imagine 1 day has also been active in emergency response, focusing on child protection, gender-based violence prevention and response, WASH in emergencies, and education in emergencies.
the Imagine 1 day Tigray Coordination Office plans to procure the Items fated below through an open bidding process from eligible and qualified suppliers.

As per the attached bid documents. Imagine 1day International Organization invites all eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the procurement process for the listed items.
The selected supplier will be required to complete the procurement and deliver the items to imagine 1day Regional Office in Mekelle.
Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:
- Renewed business license, commercial registration certification, registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, certificate of competence, and value-added tax declaration.
- Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount by CPO (cash or insurance bonds are not accepted).
- The winner shall start delivering within 10 (ten) days from the date of the agreement signed.
- Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the all Material and confirmed by the Receiver Unit.
- Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and mark, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit
- Financial (with two copies one original and one copy) CPO with a separate envelope
- Technical documents (with two copies, one original and one copy) in sealed and stamped envelopes, separately in four envelopes with each copy, to imagine 1day regional coordination office-Mekelle.
- Documents with the list of activities can be obtained from the imagine Iday Mekelle office from 30/07/2025 to 8/08/2025, by paying 200 birrs for Each LOT.
- Bid will be closed on 11/8/2025 at 4:00 local time and opened on 11/08/2025: at 4:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine Iday Mekelle office.
- Imagine 1day. Tigray regional office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
- For additional information, imagine a one-day regional office near the Libanos Hotel, 200m from the main asphalt apart from St. Mary Church Street.
