Amendment to Bidder Qualification Requirements
The Tigray Regional State Bureau of Water and Energy issued an invitation to bidders dated 04/11/2017 E.C. for the Construction of Civil Works and Pipes and Fittings Installation in three towns: Mehoni, Shire, and Wukro,
under Procurement Reference No. NCB/TIG/KWF/UNICEF/Work/17/2017.
Please be informed that the qualification requirements for bidders have been amended as follows:
- Lot One and Lot Three: Required bidder category is WWGC Grade 2 or GC with WWGC Grade 2.
- Lot Two: Required bidder category is WWGC Grade 3 or GC with WWGC Grade 3.
All bidders who previously purchased the bidding documents should take this amendment into account and are expected to submit their documents accordingly. Additionally, new interested bidders may also purchase the bidding documents based on the revised qualification requirements.
