Open bid announcement for water supply materials.
1. Bid invitation
Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and social service commission (EECMY DASSC) invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submmit sealed bids for water supply materials as per attached the needed specifications.
Address location: near Tigray Police Commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary School.
2. Bid requirements
Interested bidders must meet the minimum requirements below and submit the following documents.
✓ Legal supplier certificate for water supply materials and related
✓ Valid business license (Renewed for 2017 E.C)
✓ Valid VAT registration certificate
✓ Valid TIN number
✓ VAT declaration (clearance March 2025)
✓ Bid Bond: A 2% CPO of the total bid amount (cash or assent pledges not accepted) in the name of Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and social service commission (EECMY-DASSC) from authorized bank.
✓ VAT inclusive pricing: all bids must include VAT and comply with the provided specification
✓ Bid documents must be submitted in English (Clearly labeled with company name, address and legal stamp)
3. Submission Details
✓ Bid documents can be obtained from EECMY DASSC BO Tigray- Mekelle (located near Tigray Police Commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary School)
✓ Submission of Bid after the dead line will not considered and accepted.
✓ Electronic Bids are not allowed.
✓ Bidders can take the bid documents by paying 500.00 ETB.
✓ Bidders should submit in person to EECMY - DASSC (located near Tigray Police Commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary School) one original and two copies envelope)
✓ Submission deadline; June/26/2025 @ 4:00 P.M in the afternoon
4. Bid Opening
✓ Date: June/26/2025 @ 4:30 P.M in the afternoon
✓ Location: EECMY DASSC (located near Tigray Police Commission or in front of Atse Yohannes Elementary School)
5. Award and contract terms
✓ The winning bidder will announce officially after summing all total price (Arithmetic check).
✓ The winner should supply the items in accordance with the requirement or specification of the BID, i.e in quantity, quality and time. But if the winner supplier fails to deliver the items in accordance with the requirements, our organization is not bound by this BID.
✓ Materials catalog for Factory is mandatory.
✓ Winner suppliers must be Material delivered within maximum of 10 days after having agreement.
6. Term of Payment
✓ advance payment before material supplied.
✓ The total payment will pay after the winner supplier supplies the material based on the specifications and standards to our organization.
7. General Condition
✓ Our organization reserves the right to accept, rejects of modify bids without explanation.
✓ Partial bids may be considered if advantageous to the project.
