RaDO (Rehabilitation and Development Organization) is a Non-Governmental National Organization registered by the Federal Democratic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organizations with certificate No.1005 would like to hire sialled artists/muralist or to award specialized organization in wall mural as specified below.

Bid Requirements
RaDO (hereafter referred to as "the Organization) now invites waxed-sealed bids from interested eligible bidders for the bid described above. The work will be done in 30 schools based on the availability of budget
- The bidder organization should attach their VAT registration, License and TIN Number registration certificate.
- Skilled individual should submit their CV, Work experience, TIN number and educational certificate.
- A qualified and skilled artist or muralist with a minimum of three years of experience in art painting or wall murals, along with a higher education degree or college certificate in art, painting, and design and professional licenses and TIN number are required. This refers to the technical expertise of the designated muralist and any individuals assigned to this activity. Please submit copies of employment letters, hiring letters, CVs, and professional licenses.
- Bidders must come up with proposed paints on Explosive ordnance risk education to be applied during the wall mural
- Bidders should submit their offer with scaled, signed and Waxed envelop marked 'EORE wall mural" RADO Tigray Sub Office -Mekelle.
- The dates for submission of tender document are on the 7th Calendar Day (Consecutive Days) from the first day of the issue of this offer at or before 2:00 PM (bid closing time).
- The bidder organizations or Applicant individuals must provide complete set of technical and financial documents separately with one copy for each.
- Bid opening date will be on the same day of bid closing at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the RaDO Tigray Sub Office
