2. About ROAD-W:
Rescue and Oasis Actions for the Disabled of War (ROAD-W is non-governmental, non-religious, and non-profit civil society organization established in 2023 (2015 E.C) and registered under the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Charities and Societies Agency Proclamation. ROAD-W is dedicated to creating an oasis of comprehensive services for war-disabled individuals through hospitalization, rehabilitation, social integration, enhanced empowerment, capacity building, and self- sufficiency programs.
3. Tender Details:
ROAD-W invites all eligible bidders to participate procurement of an electric three-wheeled car

4. Warranty & Maintenance:
The standard warranty will be 3 years or 20,000km for engine and 6 months or 6,000 km for other parts (whichever comes first). Warranty could be entertained to any authorized dealership nationwide.
5. Delivery
The offer should remain valid for a period of 5 days from the closing date of the financial Bid and delivery of the items shall be complete within those 5 days. Transportation and delivery of the item shall be made by the bidder to our Stock Located in Mekelle Kebele 03. Any offer falling short of the validity period is liable for rejection and penalty as stated on section 6. However the bidder should pass on the benefit to the purchaser if there is any price reduction in the meantime
6. Bid security:
All bidders shall furnish Security Deposit equivalent to 2% of the total cost of tender. Affer selection of successful bidder, ROAD-W will return/release the bid security unsuccessful bidders. Successful bidders who fail to deliver the item will be subjected, penalty of this 2
