Invitation for Competitive Bid

Elshadi relief development Association invites interested bidder for Labor work procurement of mekelle Elshadi G+2&3 Staircase and slab, column and beams other civil works. Bidders should have construction licensee above Grade BC or GC 6.

A. Interested bidders required to submit the following documents together with their bid documents

1. 2016 EC renewed trade license

2. Tin certificate

3. VAT registered certificate

4. Tax clearance certificate

5. Registration from government organization

6. Bidders should have at list above one million labor cost construction work for the past two year.

B. Interested bidders may purchase a BAQ of bidding document starting from Jul 18, 2024 upon payment of non-refundable birr 100(One hundred) From Mekelle Elshadi relief development association Finance department.

C. Before submitting proposal, contractor bidder should see the actual site building.

D. bidders must furnished bid security of birr 30,000.00(Thirty thousand birr)

E. Bid winner contractor should work with new play wood, eucalyptus tree, tying wire, mixer vibrator, lift with generator, plastic cover to prevent leakage cement during concrete casting and other necessary equipment's

D. Bid proposal shall be submitted to the Finance department on or before Jul 25, 2024 at 10:00AM at Mekelle Elshadi relief development association office.

E. Bid shall be opened in the above mentioned address on Jul 25, 2024 at 10:10AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

F. Bidders should present their original and copy of financial and required documents and bid bond separately in sealed envelope.

H. Elshadi relief development association reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
