1 Bidders with Building construction works certificate from Federal Ministry Construction & Urban development or Regional road, Transport & Construction office with Building Construction /BC/ & /GC/ license of grade 7 and above that have an experience of constructing at least Three works of a nature & complexity equivalent to the works over the last 5 years may obtained the tender document.

2 an original and copy Technical & Original financial bid of it, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES marked clearly by the project name, bidders name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope not later than 13/06/2012, 2:30 P.M / feb 21,2020

3 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle field office at working hours against 200.00 birr fee.

4 All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee for 2% of the bid amount. Cash nd insurance guarantee are not acceptable.

5 Bids will be opened on13/06/2012,3:00 P.M feb21/2020 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-MFO/ Mekelle Field office. Mekelle

6 Bidders shall consider only labor cost, but it includes supply of form work ,glass work and water cost /see BOQ/

7 SCI-MFO/ Mekelle field office reserve the right to accept or reject
