9 The total volume of construction work over the last past 3 years of at least three million
10 All bids can be accompanied by a bid security of birr 30,000 for each work sites (lot 01 ,lot 02 . lot 03 and lot 04) while birr 120,000 for all six sites (lots ) in CPO or unconditional Bank / Insurance / Guarantee only and valid for 148 days.
11 Bidders shall submit document separately one envelops for technical document with copy as well as financial offers copy finally insert the whole document in large one envelops
12 Bidders submitted their bids until Tir / ጥር /14, 2012 E.C at (8:00 local time) and Bids shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or legal representative on Tir / ጥር / 14, 2012 E.C( 8:30 local time)
13 Bidders can offer their price to one or all work sites (lots) (partially award is allowed )
14 Bidders who meets eligibility criteria , Technical Evaluation Criteria as well as the least price bidders will be awarded
15 Ethio Telecom reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid
