Call for bid for Vehicle Rental Services
Background
EngenderHealth is a leading global women's health organization with a vision to create a gender-equal world where all people achieve their sexual and reproductive health and rights. In Ethiopia, EngenderHealth is legally registered with Authority for Civil Society Organizations under registration no. 1233. Currently, EngenderHealth supports the Federal Ministry of Health in the expansion of Family Planning and other Reproductive health services in differs parts of Ethiopia.
Interested and eligible vehicle rental companies to submit quotations for the provision of vehicle rental services for its operations in Addis Ababa and different regions of Ethiopia.

Minimum Bidder Requirements
Interested bidders are required to submit:
- Valid and renewed business license and TIN certificate.
- Valid vehicle registration, third-party insurance and annual inspection/Bollo for proposed vehicles.
- Company profile and evidence of relevant vehicle rental experience.
- List of available vehicles indicating vehicle type, registration number and model year.
- Signed and stamped financial quotation.
- Bid security of ETB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO addressed to EngenderHealth Ethiopia or a bank guarantee valid for at least 90 days.
- Quotation validity of at least one year.
Detailed vehicle specifications, rental requirements, quotation format, and other bidding instructions will be provided to interested bidders by EngenderHealth.
Submission Deadline
Date: October 19, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM (10:00 local Ethiopian time)
Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Interested bidders may collect the detailed vehicle rental specifications and quotation format from the EngenderHealth Ethiopia office during working hours starting from October 9, 2026.
