Catholic Caritas Ethiopia-Adigrat - JEOP Program, invites potential bidders to submit proposals for renting Seven, 4WD light Double Cap vehicles 2004 G.C and above models and Three, Toyota Land cruiser 105 vehicles,2004 and above model three similar standard hard vehicle suitable for rough rural roads to support project-related operational activities within the project target areas from head office Adigrat to North-west Tigray woredas: Tahtay -Adiyabo, Mackel-Adiyabo, Seyemti-Adiyabo Adi-Daero And Eastern zone, IRob weredas. Any eligible and qualified leasing firm fulfilling the minimum criteria can obtain the bid documents from CCE- Adigrat main office Procurement Section from 15/09/2026 to 22/09/2026 G.C up on payment of none re-fundable Birr 300.00 during working hours of the Office.

a. The bidder should fulfill all the minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in the bid process.

b. The interested car rental service provider shall present relevant business license renewed for 2018/2019 E.C. registered and certified for car rental service, registration certificates issued from relevant government office, VAT registration certificate and Tax Identification Number (TIN)

c. The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO 2% from recognized bank for the Cumulative bid value including VAT. Pledging cash or other assets as a bid bond not allowed.

d. The bidder should submit sealed postal financial, Technical and a bid bond by separately.

e. A rental vehicle provider must ensure the vehicle is from 2004 G.C and above model or newer, has a maximum of 240,000 km, and is in excellent physical condition.

f. In an event that a vehicle breaks down found faulty or out of service during travelling, the vehicle rental company will arrange for its immediate replacement without delays.

g. Each bidder will submit only one bid. A bidder that submits bid document more than once either himself/herself or as a partner in a joint venture will be automatically disqualified from the bid competition.

h. Any bid, submitted with incorrect information will be liable for rejection and the bidder may be prohibited from participation in the future other tendering processes.

i. Once the Bid submitted in sealed cover by the bidder, the office will not accept any addition /alterations/ deletions of the Bid.

j. The price quoted shall be filled in Ethiopian Birr including taxes, car maintenance costs, fuel cost, driver's alary & allowances, and other related costs.

k. The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his/her bid. CCE-Adigratis not liable for these expenses, regardless of the outcome.

1. Bids must be submitted on 22/09/2026 G.C between 9:30-10:00 Am (morning 3:30-4:00 local time) only to the prepared bid box in CCE-Adigrat main office in Adigrat. Late bids will be rejected

m. The Bid will be officially closed on 22/09/2026 G.C at 10:01Am (L.T 4:01 morning) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend and CCE-Adigrat concerned committee.

n. Bids will be opened on 22/09/2026 G.C at 10:30 Am (4:30 local time morning) in venue of CCE-Adigrat Hall

in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives and CCE-Adigrat concerned committee.

o. CCE-Adigrat reserves the right to reject partially and/or completely this bid at any leyehot bid processing if another better alternative is available.
