Open local Invitation to Bid

Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub Branch needs Supply of 80 Bee colony to (Enderta, Dogua Tembien, and Tanqua Milash) wereda project site program participants and invites competent suppliers having Renewed License for 2018 E.C in Agricultural Inputs Supply, Seed Supply,Bee colony harvest and distribution, or related fields. The bee colonies must be sourced and supplied according to the specific environmental conditions of the target Weredas.

Criteria's for bidders

1. Legally registered with VAT/TOT, renewed license, TIN certificate and QR coded receipt copy of original documents defining legal status, place of registration and principal place of business showing original on the opening date.

2. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price including (VAT 15% if applicable) through CPO, Technical and financial documents in separate envelop enclosed with one big envelop.

3. Interested and eligible bidders can collect price quotation form and attached specification document from Mekele sub Branch Administration office during working hours(Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm) from 30/07/2026 up to 4/08/2026 Or 22/11/2018 UP to 28/11/2018E.C.and insert in bide box with closed envelop in the following date and time.

4. The bid box will be officially closed at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ on 5/08/2026G.C or29/11/18 E.C in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives in Mekele sub Branch office hall.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
