INVITATION FOR TENDER

FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMAL FEED FROM ADDIS ABABA TO SIX (6) WOREDAS IN AFAR REGION AND FROM ADDIS ABABA/ALAMATA TO THREE WOREDAS OF TIGRAY REGION

VSF Germany is an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO), invites interested bidders for the transportation of 13,468.50 animal feed from Addis Ababa to different Kebeles of Amibara, Dulecha, Werer, Haruka, Telalak, and Yangudi Woredas of Afar Region and from Addis Ababa/Alamata to Zalambessa, Adigudam, and Adi Haqi sub-city of Tigray regions.

A complete set of bid document can be obtained from VSF Germany Country Office in Addis Ababa located at Yeka Sub City, Woreda 7, House No. 749, around Wuha Limat, behind Holiday Hotel, tel. +251 66 62 451/ 251 91 116 4089 from June 10, 2026 to June 17, 2026 during working hours, 8:30am -12:30pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm by e-mail free of charge and by presenting copy of their licenses.

3. Tendering will be conducted through open local tender procedure.

Lot 1: Addis Ababa to different Kebeles of Amibara, Dulecha, Werer, Haruka, Telalak, and Yangudi Woredas of Afar Region

Lot 2: Alamata to Zalambessa, Adigudam, and Adi Haqi sub-city of Tigray regions

4. Bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope to VSF Germany office in Addis Ababa on or before June 18, 2026 until 2:00 PM and must be accompanied by tender guarantee amounting to one percent (1%) of the total bid in the form of only CPO at least for one month from the date of bid opening. Any other form of tender guarantee will not be acceptable and rejected automatically.

5. CPO must be attached in the original technical document.

6. Bid must be clearly marked by "bidders name, address, legal stamp and reference number: VSF-G/ETH/2026/14 ALERT OCHA Tigray and Afar projects.

7. Bidders must submit technical and financial document separately. The technical and financial documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". Each envelope shall be stamped and properly sealed.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official representatives who wish to attend at VSF Germany Country Office in Addis Ababa, on Thursday June 18, 2026 at 2:30 PM.

9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions indicated above will result in automatic rejection.

10. The Organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected.
