Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Electric Vehicle and Light Vehicle rental Service

World Vision's work in Edhiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with. the church, civil society, and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, Livelihood, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and

building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia FCO3 would like to invite a highly experience Electric Vehicle and Light Vehicle rent service provider company

Eligible vendors may register and submitting valid company's email address (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM) From May 22, 2026 to May 28, 2026. Submitting valid address and the bidding document (TOR) will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address submitted until 28 May 2026.

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped for both technical and financial documents, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" fo. Financial proposals separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration. License, Taxpayer's Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Both financial and technical) must be delivered to the address above ir. the bid bo prepared for the purpose before 10:00 am (04:00 Local time) on May 29th, 2026 and will be opener May 29 th,2026 @10:30 am.

The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 50,000 ETB in a separate sealed Envelope the form o CPO or unconditional Bark Guarantee with the name "World Vision Ethiopia".

The winning supplier will be required to submit 100,000 ETB of the contract value during the contrac assigning process.

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time withou assigning any reason whatsoever
