Special Educational Needs in Ethiopia, in short SENEthiopia is a national CSO working collaboratively with state and non-state actors to promote and facilitate disability-inclusion in Ethiopia through Inclusive Education, Inclusive Health and Disability and Development Initiatives.

Under the Project Title: Bique Menesey (none) Programme: Unlocking the potential of Ethiopia's conflict affected youth in Tigray, SENEthiopia now invites interested bidders to submit "Bid" for the Supply of Electric Three-wheel scooter (Motorized Wheelchair).

A complete set of bidding documents is available for issuance to eligible bidders upon payment of Birr 300 at SENEthiopia Mekelle, Adi-Haky Sub-City, Kebelle Hdase.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 10 Consecutive days after submission of bids and must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Renewed licence of Medical Equipment and pharmaceutical;

• VAT registration Certificate;

• VAT Declaration;

• Tax payer Identification Number (TIN);

• Supplier/s Certificate;

• Bid Security in the name of SENEthiopia 2% of Bid amount in the form of CPO.

Bids must be delivered in hard copy to SENEthiopia - Mekelle, Adi-Haky Sub-City, Kebelle Hdase on or before 01 May,2026 3:00 AM. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened at the above address, on 01 May,2026 3:30 AM in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.

SENEthiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder's of the ground for SENEthiopia action.
