Ethiopian Catholic Church social and development commission Adigrat branch Mekele sub branch invites competent and eligible licensed contracting firm to supply and installation of solar pump system for small-scale irrigation development through Landscape Project) SSLR in Dogua-Temben, Enderta and Tanqua-Milash Woreda project sites.

Therefore, those who fulfil the following criteria's are invited to participate:- Criteria's for bidders

1. He/ She who can supply and Install the solar pumps before or within 15 days after receiving purchase order or signing the contract agreement.

2. Legally registered with VAT/TOT, having Renewed License of 2018 E.C in Electrical contracting and Electromechanical Work, and Installation of solar system

3. The bidder should secure a bid bond of 2% of the total price including VAT through CPO in separate envelop.

4. Interested and eligible bidders can collect Terms of reference document with specification and detail delivery sites from Mekele sub branch Admin section during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 5:30Pm), from 24/04/2026 up to 30/04/2026 G.c The bid box will be officially closed on 30/04/2026 G.C or 22/8/2018 e.c at 10:00Am (4.00 local time) in the morning and will be Opened at 10:30 Am /4:30 local time/ in presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

5. The office reserves the right to reject partially or fully the bid any time.
