Background

Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia (formerly known as Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital) was established in 1974 GC by Drs. Reginald and Catherine Hamlin, both gynecologist-obstetricians. The organization provides free treatment and care to women with childbirth injuries at its main hospital in Addis Ababa and five regional centers: Mekele, Bahir Dar, Yirgalem, Harar, and Metu. It also oversees the Midwifery College located in Burayu (commonly known as Tateke). situated at Lideta Sub-City, Woreda 09, House Number 920, behind the Swiss Embassy.

Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia - Mekele Center (Project Zero) now invites eligible national suppliers to submit wax-sealed and stamped bids for the procurement of pharmaceuticals equipment and related supplies.

Prescreening Requirements

Bidders must provide:

• Renewed supplier registration license for the current fiscal year (2018 EC).

• Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT Registration Certificate.

• Up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate for the past year.
